How did last week go?
Honestly it went pretty well. The positivity of doing good and making sure I was doing what I should keep up the momentum.
Sure. That 7 pounds was water weight, it was expected. That's what happens when weight is first coming off!
The problem that always seems to come up is when the plateau hits. When the scale doesn't budge. When NOTHING IS HAPPENING.
That's when my hands go flying up....all the self doubt, the tearing myself down and the self sabotage sets in.
That needs to stop!
The mindset of failure needs to stop!
I'm not a failure!
I'm a child of the King!
What have I been eating?
Breakfast: two eggs, parmasean cheese with nutritional yeast, avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning, turkey bacon, coffee and sugar free creamer.
Lunch: tuna salad on sour dough French bread slices.
Dinner: salad with chicken.
Really what I'm trying to do is eat clean and not as much processed foods. It is helping me to stay full longer and helping my body fell better.
